BATCH FLOWER REAMEDY

Bach Flower Remedies are a system of natural flower essences developed by Edward Bach in the 1930s. They are designed to support emotional and mental well-being by addressing negative emotional states such as fear, anxiety, sadness, uncertainty, anger, and lack of confidence.

Dr. Bach believed that emotional imbalance can affect a person's overall well-being, and that restoring emotional harmony can help people cope better with life's challenges.

How Do Bach Flower Remedies Work?

Bach Flower Remedies are made from the energetic essence of wild flowers. Unlike herbal medicines, they do not rely on the chemical properties of plants. Instead, they are intended to gently support emotional balance and self-awareness.
They are commonly taken as drops under the tongue or mixed with water.
